Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Requests for return must be made within 1–3 days of receiving the product.

Refund or Replacement
Once the return is approved and the product is picked up and inspected, we will proceed with:
- A replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
- Or a refund via your preferred payment method (in case a replacement is not possible)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items returned beyond 3 days of delivery
- Products without original packaging
